Spectacular 1/6 plate tintype of an young Union soldier in kepi and uniform
with his rifle and fixed bayonet . Also a tintype taken much later that
was said to be an image of the same individual. Cover glass is a bit foggy,
the image is strong with good contrast in full case. $500.

sword across his lap and col in his belt. Great presence and interaction
with the camera. Sharp and crisp throughout, with applied gold gilt and

Wonderful 1/2 plate tintype of a group of 8 men posed out of doors. Each
has two badges or silks for some type of event, such as GAR or union meting.
The badges are prominent, but unfortunately there is not enough visible
detail to read. A really superb tintype in a great size. $190

standing studio portrait of a Civil Was Soldier with a star shaped campaign
pin. Cover glass mat and preserver are missing, resulting in surface abrasions.
