6. Speaking for the River 

Despite all the uses and reuses by human, animal, and plant communities that live in and along the Colorado River, like the Mississippi, the Colorado "just keeps rollin’ along."  In this final segment, those people who use the river, who manage it, fight for it, promote it, work it, write about and speak for it -- have their opportunity to speak.  As this final program illustrates, we who live in its watershed, ride its rapids, drink its water, and use its energy, experience the totality of the Colorado River not only through out own senses, but also through the eyes and ears of others.  Those who will speak for the river for this concluding episode will be drawn from all interviews conducted for the series.
